This Licence Agreement governs the usage of digital photographic images (“Images”) downloaded from derekeyrephotography.com. By downloading an Image, you agree to the terms of the applicable licence specified at the time of transaction.

Permitted Use
- Display on personal social media profiles.

- Inclusion in personal, non-monetized blog posts or private educational projects.
Prohibited Use
- Any use intended for the promotion of a brand, business, or commercial service.
- Resale of the digital file or any physical prints produced from it.
- Sub-licensing, sharing, or distribution of the file to third parties.
Commercial Use Licence
Defined as use by a business entity or individual for marketing, promotional, or revenue-generating activities. From US$8.99.
Permitted Use
- Marketing materials including digital and print advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Corporate websites, commercial blogs, and official business social media accounts.
- Editorial use in magazines, books, news outlets, and newsletters.
- Product packaging and internal corporate training or promotional assets
Prohibited Use
- Creation of “on-demand” products (e.g., posters, apparel, mugs) where the Image is the primary value of the product sold.
- Use in any manner that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes upon any third-party rights.
- Claiming authorship or original ownership of the Image.
General Provisions
- Copyright: All Images remain the exclusive property of Derek Eyre. This agreement constitutes a licence to use, not a transfer of ownership.
- Modifications: Basic adjustments (cropping, exposure) are permitted. Significant alterations or AI-assisted modifications are prohibited without express written consent.
- Credit: For Commercial Use, credit to “derekeyrephotography.com” is requested where reasonably practicable.
